Interested bidders are responsible for obtaining all documents and updates through ProjectDog.com.
The WHA invites qualified vendors to submit sealed bids/proposals for the following projects listed. This project is being Electronically Bid (E-Bid). All Bids shall be prepared and submitted online at www.Projectdog.com and received no later than the date & time specified. Hard copy Bids will not be accepted by the Awarding Authority. WHA or its affiliate reserves the right to reject any or all responses, in whole or in part, deemed to be in their best interest. Award of all contracts is subject to the approval of the WHA Chief Executive Officer or Board of Commissioners.
PUBLIC NOTIFICATION FOR SEALED BIDS
The Worcester Housing Authority invites sealed bids from Contractors for Annual Preventative Maintenance Services on Ductless Mini-Split-System for the Local Housing Authorities located throughout Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire Counties. Bidders may submit pricing for any individual county or combination of counties. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to award contracts separately by county, in accordance with the documents herein.
The estimated three (3) year value of this Contract six-hundred thousand dollars ($ 600,000.00)
All bids are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.30B. and applicable federal procurement laws. To the extent there are inconsistencies between state and federal procurement laws, the more stringent standard will be followed for purposes of this Invitation to Bid.
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 PM, Friday, August 28, 2026

All questions and requests for interpretation must be submitted in writing to www.ProjectDoc.com, Projet Code 261322 no later than Tuesday August 18, 2026. Questions and requests for interpretations may be responded to via addendum, as determined by the HHA.
