Worcester Housing Authority celebrates start of Phase Two of Curtis Apartments rebuild

The Worcester Housing Authority (WHA) broke ground on a key component of the second phase of the Curtis Apartments redevelopment. The Economic Opportunity Center is a mixed-use building that will house twenty four new apartments, office, supportive services programs and a new Great Brook Valley Branch of the Worcester Public Library.
