Lakeside Apartments redevelopment project awareded $2M in funding for Phase 3

WORCESTER, Massachusetts – The Worcester Housing Authority, Tremont Development Partners and E3 Development are thrilled to announce they have been awarded $2 million through the Commonwealth’s Community One Stop for Growth in support of Phase 3 of the redevelopment of Lakeside Apartments.
