Leased Housing
General Department Information
The Leased Housing Department of the Worcester Housing Authority manages over 4000 mobile and project based vouchers. We serve participants primarily in Worcester but also throughout all of Worcester County.
Currently, we have close to 1300 landlords participating in our program, serving almost 10,000 individuals. Participants of federal leased housing programs are also able to join our Family Self-Sufficiency program and Homeownership program.

Please note our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and we are located at 630A Plantation Street, Worcester, MA.
We are closed to the public on Fridays.
