(Participant can find an intake packet in the waiting area or the ROSS Coordinator can hand a hard copy to the participant to fill out.)
    - The assessment is done through case worthy.
    - Once this assessment is completed, the ROSS Coordinator will then determine if the participants needs can be met during the meeting.
    - If the ROSS Coordinator determines that the participant needs more assistance then the Coordinator will schedule up to 3 visits to provide services to meet participant’s needs, and document such services.
